The Collins Aerospace Super Diamond seat

The Super Diamond seat has proved successful for airlines around the world, with direct aisle access for all seats in a 1-2-1 herringbone configuration. It has a 78" bed on most airlines with fully customisable positions, usually via a touchscreen or a line of buttons on the rarest, as found on Virgin Atlantic. Airlines such as BA have opted for the super diamond seat for their Club Suite but it has been made unique because they have attached doors, the first time this has been done. The table is usually pulled out from in front and there are several compartments to store valuables with a separate armrest next to it and below the compartments. Airlines can also choose to fit an ottoman, found on BA, instead of a magazine holder found on West jet The armrest can be retracted or it can be a storage compartment, as on China Airlines. The IFE screens are usually not adjustable but nevertheless, The Super Diamond is a very good seat.
