Welcome to the AVscore! This is our new grading system that we will use to rate our experiences with airline services, based on the amount we payed or class we travelled in (For example an outstanding economy meal could be rated 5 stars even though ,it could be worse than a medium business meal, it is rated 5 as it is outstanding for what you payed or that class). We will review 6 total sections: The ground experience (From Check in to the lounge), the Seat (The Hard product that is provided), The Amenities (Everything from the amenity kit to pillows or blankets), The Service (How friendly, helpful and prompt the Cabin Crew are), The Food and Beverages (From meal services to snacks) and finally the Inflight Entertainment System (From movies on the tv to streaming to personal devices). We will then have different tiers and place the products in those tiers based on their AVscore and every few months myself and Leslie will discuss whether we think there should be movement of products across the tiers and you guys will be able to share your opinions with us.
